After School Programs Provide Structured and Supervised programming outside school hours for teens. These programs can be classified as high school mentorship programs, youth programs, sports and recreation activities, and many more. Additionally, there has been a significant increase in Afterschool program providers facilitating extracurricular activities for homeschoolers over the past several years. Spotivity brings this all together helping to build meaningful experiences and/or relationships between users and providers – helping address one of the world’s thorniest challenges: teen boredom.
What type of organization are you?
We serve diverse organizations with different needs. In order to provide a clear picture, we have divided providers into four categories.
· Open Enrollment Agencies:
If you need to expand your outreach, increase your revenue, build loyalty by reducing the administrative burden and liabilities, or are looking to lower your liability with your connections with teens – you can start with us at no expense with our multiple plans and freemium pricing options. We only charge based on the number of programs you offer, not the number of teens enrolled in your programs.
· Emerging Organization:
We support smaller, fledgling organizations determined to provide benefits of after school activities to teens that need it most. If your annual operating expense is $200,000 or less, you can receive all the benefits of our starter package free of charge for up to three programs – with that continued support carried over month over month if your program catalogue grows (in short – a continue $75/month benefit). You have to simply submit your organization’s Tax return as proof of eligibility. We will renew your membership every year.
· School and Membership Organizations:
When it comes to the Schools and Membership Organizations, Spotivity is more focused on Lowering your Liabilities, Increasing Engagement, Providing support to school counseling services and helping in strategizing enhancement. We provide actionable insights that will help to drive strategic decisions at the school level. To allow schools to work at their full potential, we do not cap the number of programs a school offers – allowing the school to learn what engages their students outside of the organization.

Providers Like Our Tools
All of our Starter and Pro Packages are immersive technological platforms that will allow Providers to spread the benefits of the afterschool activities more sensibly and seamlessly.
- Data Analytics:
- We provide Data Analytics on your specific programs to help you improve your retention and enrollment. Spotivity also connects to your respective cloud storage solution to keep organization simple. Our custom reporting features work wonders when you want to get extra insights about the programs you run. The connected app Sharing feature always allows you to conveniently share important documents and obtain important signatures.
- Leaderboards:
- Spotivity provides dynamic leaderboards so students can track their achievements in real time. There are three different leaderboards, personal, school and universal spotivity users. Progression is always marked by the new badges, we currently provide Eleven, as a manner to demonstrate teens striving for success.
- Safe Passage Notifications:
- We deliver a Safe space for premium program administrators. Any non-transactional messages (receipts, confirmation, calendar reminders etc…) sent from the administrative via text, email, or push notifications can only be delivered to teens IF they are connected to a parent/guardian – thus helping ensure safe and memorialized conversational experience between teens and program staff.
